   4 This is email command help for version 1.1 of the "Mailman" list
   5 manager.  The following describes commands you can send to get
   6 information about and control your subscription to Mailman lists at
   7 this site.  A command can be in the subject line or in the body of the

  15 In particular, you can use the Web site to have your password sent to
  16 your delivery address.

  18 List specific commands (subscribe, who, etc) should be sent to the
  19 *-request address for the particular list, e.g. for the 'mailman'
  20 list, use 'mailman-request@...'.

  22 About the descriptions - words in "<>"s signify REQUIRED items and
  23 words in "[]" denote OPTIONAL items.  Do not include the "<>"s or
  24 "[]"s when you use the commands.

  26 The following commands are valid:

  28     subscribe [password] [digest-option] [address=<address>]
  29         Subscribe to the mailing list.  Your password must be given to
  30         unsubscribe or change your options.  When you subscribe to the
  31         list, you'll be reminded of your password periodically.
  32         'digest-option' may be either: 'nodigest' or 'digest' (no
  33         quotes!)  If you wish to subscribe an address other than the
  34         address you send this request from, you may specify
  35         "address=<email address>" (no brackets around the email
  36         address, no quotes!)

  38     unsubscribe <password> [address]
  39         Unsubscribe from the mailing list.  Your password must match
  40         the one you gave when you subscribed.  If you are trying to
  41         unsubscribe from a different address than the one you
