  19   These are mailing list provided for discussion and development on
  20   the MoWGLI project. Note that all mailing list administrativia <b>MUST</b>
  21   be sent to a <b>*-request</b> address, <em>never</em> to the list itself.
  22   For <b>mowgli-dev@cs.unibo.it</b>, for example, send mailing list
  23   requests to <b>mowgli-dev-request@cs.unibo.it</b>. Mail sent to the
  24   <b>*-request</b> address must have a command word in the subject
  25   header. To get information about the mailing list, use the
  26   <b>help</b> command (<a href="ml-help-example.txt">here</a> is an example of a possible
  27   answer to a help request).
