  12   <p>The meeting will be held on Friday, 15 March 2002 at the
  13      <a href="http://www.aei-potsdam.mpg.de">Max Planck
  14      Institute for Gravitational Physics / Albert Einstein Institute</a>
  15      in Golm near Potsdam. The institute can
  16      be easily reached from Berlin via public transport or car. Please check
  17      <a href="http://www.aei-potsdam.mpg.de/people/directions">our institute's
  18      homepage</a> for maps and information how to reach the institute from
  19      several destinations in Berlin.</p>

  21   <h2>ACCOMODATION</h2>
  22   <p>Accomodation can be arranged in a hotel nearby, within walking distance
  23      from the institute (singles 62 Euro, doubles 86 Euro). Since the
  24      reservation needs to be made very soon, please let me know how many
  25      people are attending from your node, indicating day of arrival and day
  26      of departure. A copy of this message should be sent to

  40   <p>The agenda for the meeting is currently in preparation. Of course,
  41      suggestions are very welcome. The current tentative agenda is:</p>

  44        (15 m. each).</span></li>
  45    <li><span style="font-weight: bold">Consortium Agreement.</span>
  46        I will send you a draft asap, and we may
  47        discuss possible amendments by email; it would be nice to have it
  48        signed for the kick-off.
  49        This point should take almost no time, unless there are major
  50        issue - e.g on copyrights or background proprietary technologies
  51        which have not been solved by email)</li>

  79        and the second meeting.</span>
  80        The second meeting (and annual review) should be in Bologna
  81        from February 19 to February 20 (just after MKM 2003).

  83        first meeting in Nijmegen (july/august)</li>

  85        months.</span>
  86        We have three kinds of deliverables:

  88         <li><span style="font-weight: bold">Technical:</span>
  89             1.a, 1.b, 1.c, 2.a (1.3 should be ready at month 3).<br />

  91             The only software here is the exportation module 2.a (that will
  92             require some joint effort between Bologna and Rocquencourt and
  93             a sufficiently stable version of COQ). This is a point to be
  94             discussed in the kick-off.</li>
  95         <li><span style="font-weight: bold">Managemant:</span>
  96             0.a (self assesment parameters and criteria)</li>
  97         <li><span style="font-weight: bold">Dissemination:</span>
  98             7.a (Dissemination and use plan).</li>

 100        I would expect each site responsible for the deliverable suggest
 101        a procedure and a precise scheduling for collecting material,
 102        distributing the work and preparing the draft.
 103        The draft should be ready some time (15 days?) before the deadline,
 104        to get approval by the PCC.
 105        We should also probably agree on the format of these deliverables
 106        (e.g. LaTeX).

 108        Any other technical issue relative to the preparation of these
 109        deliverables should be discussed during the Kick-off.</li>
 110    <li><span style="font-weight: bold">MOWGLI web site.</span>
 111         We are setting up the MOWGLI web site and a CVS repository.
 112         We plan to have a first prototype for the kick-off, and we may discuss
 113         its design and functionalities there. We could possibly need a few
 114         administrative document to grant you an access to the CVS repository
 115         (we have to check).</li>
