  24   <p>The Project management will be assured by the following
  25      relevant roles: a) Project Manager, b) Exploitation manager,
  26      c) Work-package Leaders d)Technical Contributors, and by
  27      the following Project Bodies: a)Project Coordination
  28      Committee (PCC), b) Project Exploitation Board (PEB) and e)
  29      Work-package Teams.</p>
  30   <p>The {\bf Project Manager} chairs the PCC. The
  31      mandate of the PCC is to represent the Project, report to
  32      the Commission, monitor overall performance of the project,
  33      ensure accomplishment of the technical objectives, promote
  34      project visibility, promote dissemination of project results
  35      in the relevant international forums, promote acceptance of
  36      project results, administer project resources and monitor
  37      project spending. The {\bf Exploitation Manager} will be
  38      responsible for coordinating dissemination and exploitation
  39      activities undertaken by the Project Exploitation Board
  40      (PEB) in close cooperation with the Project Coordination
  41      Committee (PCC).</p>
  42    <p>Information flow within the Project will be ensured by
  43       exchange of internal technical papers, notification of
  44       relevant new publications technologies or standards, and
  45       reports from external meetings. All technical documentation
  46       generated by the project will be exchangeable in electronic
  47       format, according to a set of guidelines to be agreed at
  48       project start-up. The project Manager will enforce
  49       adherence to these guidelines. Only strictly formal
  50       correspondence will be exchanged by ordinary mail and
  51       telefax. Urgent correspondence over e-email will be sent
  52       with a request for explicit acknowledgement.</p>
  53    <p>The Coordinating Partner will be responsible to prepare
  54       and maintain a Web page of the project and a CVS repository
  55       (also available via Web).</p>
