  22   <p>The Project management will be assured by the following
  23      relevant roles: a) Project Manager, b) Exploitation manager,
  24      c) Work-package Leaders d)Technical Contributors, and by
  25      the following Project Bodies: a)Project Coordination
  26      Committee (PCC), b) Project Exploitation Board (PEB) and e)
  27      Work-package Teams.</p>
  28   <p>The {\bf Project Manager} chairs the PCC. The
  29      mandate of the PCC is to represent the Project, report to
  30      the Commission, monitor overall performance of the project,
  31      ensure accomplishment of the technical objectives, promote
  32      project visibility, promote dissemination of project results
  33      in the relevant international forums, promote acceptance of
  34      project results, administer project resources and monitor
  35      project spending. The {\bf Exploitation Manager} will be
  36      responsible for coordinating dissemination and exploitation
  37      activities undertaken by the Project Exploitation Board
  38      (PEB) in close cooperation with the Project Coordination
  39      Committee (PCC).</p>
  40    <p>Information flow within the Project will be ensured by
  41       exchange of internal technical papers, notification of
  42       relevant new publications technologies or standards, and
  43       reports from external meetings. All technical documentation
  44       generated by the project will be exchangeable in electronic
  45       format, according to a set of guidelines to be agreed at
  46       project start-up. The project Manager will enforce
  47       adherence to these guidelines. Only strictly formal
  48       correspondence will be exchanged by ordinary mail and
  49       telefax. Urgent correspondence over e-email will be sent
  50       with a request for explicit acknowledgement.</p>
  51    <p>The Coordinating Partner will be responsible to prepare
  52       and maintain a Web page of the project and a CVS repository
  53       (also available via Web).</p>
