  20   names, whereby a valid set of config/*.ucf files consists of the

  23   option which starts with the five letters 'local'. (See the
  24   documentation files for a description of the technical terms and
  25   names in this paragraph).

  27 - Files in the unsupported/ directory may be omitted.

  29 - Scripts (i.e. executable files which are not TeX input), may be
  30   renamed, as long as the original name without suffix is part of the
  31   new name (e.g. discovermacro.pl -> latex-ucs-discovermacro) and as
  32   long this is stated in some documentation file shipped with the
  33   distribution. Occurrences of the scripts' names in the documentation
  34   may be changed to match the new name.

  36 - Parts of files explicitly marked as "configuration data" may be
  37   changed by distributions, as long this is stated in a comment near
  38   the place of that modification and in some documentation file
  39   shipped with the distribution.
